About the Event
The New Canaan Pollinator Pathway Group presents "Sustainable Landscape: Designing with Nature Plantings" with CTASLA's Louis Fusco, PLA, ASLA and Principal of Louis Fusco Landscape Architects.
The residential garden has historically relied on exotic plants, selected for their unique qualities and aesthetic addition to the landscape. While the environmental benefits of native plants have long been noted, we are now at a crossroads where their use can not be overrlooked.
This presentation will highlight the environmental and health benefits of Native plants while highlighting how we can successfully include
them in our landscape designs. Case studies and planting design layouts will be explored.
