The first edition of Connecticut Landscape Architecture for 2022 should have arrived in your mailbox in the past week or so (or...look for it any day now!). A flipbook / PDF version is also available online. This publication continues the long tradition of our now discontinued black-and-white magazine (The Connecticut Landscape Architect), and merges it with our color book publication, formerly known as our Annual — only...we can't call it an Annual anymore because it now comes out TWICE a year (look for the Fall edition in your mailbox when the leaves are dropping).
This edition of Connecticut Landscape Architecture — mailed to more than 2,000 recipients — features our annual awards, including the Yarwood Award, Elizabeth Bullard Award, and our Professional & Student award winners. Flip the pages to see the amazing projects our members have brought upon the land! You can also get to know the members of the graduating class from the UConn Program of Landscape Architecture, who reflect on their education, their chosen profession, and their vision for the coming years as they enter the work world (or head off to grad school). Read further to find articles on exciting chapter programs and projects in Bridgeport as well as an opportunity to help document historic landscapes in this year when we celebrate the bicentennial of Frederick Law Olmsted.
